Environmental
Our care for our community and environment starts with developing green chemical processes. Our clients and us are fully committed to greener chemistry to protect our environment. We are in full compliance with local environmental laws and in addition, the environmental requirements of our clients.
Prior to the construction of our facility, environmental impact from manufacturing of all potential products and the technologies we intend to treat waste gas, liquid and solid have been thoroughly reviewed and approved by a panel of environmental experts and by the government. We use innovative scrubbing technology in trapping and treating waste gas. We use state-of-the-art waste water treatment in treating our waste water. Our solid waste is incinerated by government authorized company and our organic liquid waste is treated by waste treatment company that is fully audited and qualified by us.
Health
We greatly care for the well beings of our customers, our employees, and our community. In addition to environmental technologies mentioned above to protect the health of all stakeholders, we have very restrictive corporate policy requiring our employees wearing protective equipments while on duty. There are designated change rooms to prevent cross contaimination between our products and our employees. All employees are required to have physical health examination prior to employment and we do not allow employees to work while they are sick or having other health-related issues. Employees out with more than 3 days of illness must have a comprehensive examination, and released, by a physician prior to resuming his or her duty.
Safety
Safety is our top priority, with no compromises, and we take pride in our spotless safety track record. Our management team is hold accountable for zero OSHA reportable safety issue every year. Our employees are well trained not only on dealing with safety accidents but on preventing them from happening. Prior to the operation of our manufacturing plant, we have completely evaluated our processes from a safety perspective and a safety report has been reviewed and approved by a panel of experts as well as the government. Over the last 10 years, we have not has any major safety accident nor any government reportable safety incident.
